I really wish gurusischool did what it said on the tin but it doesn't. I think the idea is great - online learning for so many IT packages at a sensible cost - but either they are incompetent or their systems are junk. Sorry to be so harsh but I can't think of another scenario.
I registered about 4 weeks ago with a view to taking a particular Oracle course. Once I'd paid for the course, I found that it wasn't 'Teleservice' it was iSupport. A huge difference! I notified them (they only have an email contact point which rings alarm bells with me!) and they told me it would take 24 hours to resolve. I chased them 2 days later and was told it would take 1 week. 3 weeks after this I have chased again and I have heard nothing.
In the meantime I thought I would try another course to see if the problem was the same (the courses are pretty cheap). So far those courses have not yet been activated - some 36 hours later! I just wanted to warn people to be careful with these people and if you can find another source I would recommend that instead.
